We collect your email address, name, credit score information you provide, and usage data. We do not collect your full credit report unless you explicitly upload it.
Your data is used to generate dispute letters, personalize your credit roadmap, and power the AI advisor. We do not sell your data.
Any credit information you enter is stored securely in our database with encryption at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices.
We use Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and OpenAI (AI analysis). Each has their own privacy policy governing their data handling.
Your account data is retained until you delete your account. You can request deletion by contacting us at privacy@usereclaim.org.
Reclaim is not affiliated with Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion. We are an educational and organizational tool to help you exercise your FCRA rights.
